These Australian dried apricots are simply the best. To make delicious reconstituted stewed apricots, rinse 200gm of dried apricots to remove any residual SO2, strain and soak overnight in 500ml of water in a saucepan, bring to boil and simmer for 15 minutes, adding a teaspoon of sugar if desired. Yum! Don’t bother with supermarket house-brand imported dried apricots, it’s like comparing a $5 bottle of wine with a $20 bottle. These are the real deal, and 100% Australian.
